Terms and conditions

We ask that all customers read our terms and conditions and tick the I agree box before placing an order online.

Order acceptance

We must have full details of delivery (including postcode and telephone number) for your order to be processed.

Your order will be processed if full payment details are completed

An e-mail will be sent to you to acknowledge your order and you will be issued with an order number which you must quote in any communication with Fabulous Flowers

All deliveries are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change all or some of the contents and to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice.

Payment

You can make payment by any methods indicated on the payment page your card will be debited on receipt of the order.

If your card is declined by the provider we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment if for whatever reason we are unable to obtain an alternative form of payment your order will be cancelled.

You will be charged the current price for buying the items from our website on the date your order is placed. All orders are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery

The delivery charge is payable per delivery address. We will attempt to deliver (wherever possible) on the day specified on your order.

Same day delivery orders must be received by 11am.

Deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 8pm although we will always try to deliver before 5pm if it is going to a business address.

Occasionally we may not be able to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances if this is the case a full refund will be given

Every effort will be made to deliver your flowers on the specified date but we cannot be held responsible if we cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
