Fabulous Flowers Wedding Consultation

Fabulous Flowers Wedding Consultation

Weddings are all about the details and we would love to sit down and discuss them with you. To book a consultation we recommend that you call or email us first to ensure that we are available on your wedding date. We want to ensure that we pay special attention to the details of your wedding which is why we only book a limited number of weddings per week. It also helps if you have booked your venue, as the design and style of these places will influence your floral choices. We have worked in most venues across Oxfordshire and so we are able to give you lots of advice on what will work well. We are also happy to recommend venues if you are finding it difficult, or see our list of venues we have worked with for inspiration.

Your first consultation is an opportunity to get to know you as a couple and your style, like and dislikes. We will discuss wedding locations, colour palette, seasonally available flowers, and design. After this consultation we will send you a detailed quotation and mood board for the day along with our terms and conditions. We then hold this date for two weeks so that you have time to discuss your choices. If you decide we are the right fit for you and would like us to be part of your wedding day, then we require a £100 deposit to secure the date.

A second and final consultation is then booked nearer the time of your wedding date to confirm more details and finalise numbers, etc. If it is useful, we can also meet you at your preferred venue to do a walk through.

Items that might be helpful to bring along to the initial meeting:
Inspiration photos from magazines or online
Pictures of your wedding dress / bridesmaids (this will be discussed discreetly)

Floral items to consider for your wedding day:
Large arrangements for ceremony
Pew Ends
Table Centres
Cake Flowers
Additional items, for example: mantelpieces, bar, guest book table
