Gary, our Managing Director and co-founder, has cultivated a lifelong passion for flowers that began at a young age. By the age of 10, Gary was already growing his own flowers, plants, and vegetables, selling them at the garden gate. This early love for horticulture blossomed into a deep appreciation for floral artistry and an enduring respect for the meticulous work involved in growing flowers.

Gary’s profound knowledge of how to care for and condition plant material to get the best results is a cornerstone of his expertise. He takes great pride in sharing this knowledge with his team, ensuring that every arrangement we create meets the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Meet Matthew Taylor: Our Creative Director and Co-Founder

Matthew Taylor, our Creative Director and co-founder, has flowers in his blood! His passion for floristry was ignited at a young age, spending countless hours with his grandmother, Queenie, a florist trained by the legendary Constance Spry. This rich heritage laid the foundation for Matthew's own exceptional skills in floral design.

Before fully embracing floristry, Matthew built a successful career in Hotel and Catering Management. This experience provided him with valuable insights into customer service, event logistics, and hospitality, which are integral to his work in the floral industry. His unique blend of skills makes him an invaluable asset in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients in Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds.

Matthew is especially renowned for his expertise in weddings and events. Zoe Rowlinson

Zoe our Weddings and Events manager has a masters in floral design and Chelsea medals under her belt. She has an eye for the smallest of detail and loves talking all things wedding with our wonderful couples. She is passionate about training florists of the future and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
