Gently remove the bouquet from its packaging.

Trim the Stems Using clean and sharp scissors, cut about 2cm off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively.

Choose a clean vase that comfortably accommodates the bouquet without crowding the stems. Fill the vase with cold water about two-thirds full.

Every 2 - 3 days re-trim the stems by about half an inch and remove any leaves or flowers that have started to wilt and change the water. This encourages the remaining flowers to thrive.

Place the vase in a cool, well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and drafts. This helps extend the life of your blooms. Top tip - If your not at home, pop the flowers in a cool place like a garage to keep them longer.
